What a beautiful day for a wedding!  Rain in the forecast but so much love that it cleared and made way for t​his wonderful afternoon wedding.  Kris and Brandi were such a great couple to work with, along with their bridal party and families, and Vision Venue in Galesburg.  From the touching presentation of necklaces to their daughters during the ceremony to the crazy run-around for the "dollar dash" these guys planned and created the most magical day for their wedding.  Enjoy these highlights...

I absolutely love the details!  Nick and Jennifer certainly have a flavor all their own and did nothing other than sprinkle that  throughout every element of their incredible wedding day.  From the jewelry to the socks to Playbill-style wedding program to the "Mutual Weirdness Forever" cake-topper, it was just fantastic!  Nick and Jennifer's day was beyond lovely, though, because of the emotion and sentiment behind every one of those details and the beautiful first steps into this new journey into marriage.  Congratulations, Nick and Jen...so honored to get to document this day for you!

After a week of dreary, rainy, cold, the clouds broke open and this beautiful sunshine poured through.  Just absolutely perfect for a spring wedding at Lake Storey Park in Galesburg.  The lake side ceremony was full of sentiment and tears, which only accentuated the love that these two share.  From the Converse to the vintage truck, everything was just so meaningful and beautiful!  Enjoy this selection of photos from Kevin and Erica's lovely day.
